Christian City changes the lives of children and families experiencing trauma and crisis. We offer healing and love through evidence-based programs that lead to productive, hopeful futures.
What makes Christian City unique is its concern for the whole child. We believe each child is unique, made by God for a special purpose. Deeply felt love for each child, along with a host of services and evidence-based programs, like therapy, tutoring, athletic opportunities, is the balm that heals.
Founded by a group of churches who recognized a deep need in the community, Christian City has grown into a nearly 500-acre campus serving children and families facing challenges including poverty, homelessness, neglect and abuse.
Christian City has expanded services to youth aged out of foster care. We have been very blessed to receive a federal grant and other generous support for this program.
Christian City helps get teens and homeless youth off the streets to a safe place where they can process what caused them to leave home – and heal. On any day in metro Atlanta, there are more than three thousand youth experiencing homelessness.
